Project Description: Fool's Gold is a collection of seven paintings which were exhibited in 2021 as a part of the exhibition The Space(s) Between - a collaborative exhibition between the University of Denver's Vicki Myhren Gallery and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs' Galleries of Contemporary Art (GOCA).

During the run of the exhibition, Fool's Gold was on display in the Gallery of Contemporary Art in Colorado Springs. After the show closed the project was sealed and buried in the ground near GOCA. This buried collection of paintings is marked with a stone slab and now part of UCCS GOCA’s outdoor sculpture program, Art WithOut Limits, a permanent part of the UCCS collection.
